Complaints Channel


Through this channel you can report irregularities or non-compliance with internal or external regulations in matters that affect the AGROSERC, companies, their professionals or their activities.. This system has been designed and implemented in a secure manner with the purpose of guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person and of any other person mentioned in the communication, and in the processes that are carried out in the management and processing of the same, as well as the protection of data, limiting access only to the minimum authorized personnel. 

This system is designed to support anonymous communications. Under no circumstances will any type of retaliation be allowed against whistleblowers who make use of this channel to communicate facts that may be regulatory breaches in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.

The person who is aware of the existence of irregular conduct, non-compliance or violation of the rules, may also inform the competent authorities and, where appropriate, the institutions, bodies, offices or agencies of the European Union.

In Spain, you can contact, by way of example: the AII (Independent Whistleblower Authority) once established, the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency) the CNMC (National Markets and Competition Commission) or the CNMV (National Securities Market Commission) www.cnmv.esdepending on the nature of the irregularity.
